Returns

• Items should be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

• Personalized or custom-made items may not be eligible for returns unless there is a defect.

• We’ll guide you through the simple return process and provide the return address.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund promptly.

• Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? Just let us know! We’ll be happy to arrange an exchange subject to stock availability.
